THE FIRST MEET

The first time we sit down together is awlays face to face, this is absolutely essential.  We are aware that this may not always be convenient with todays logistical and geographical challenges, fortunately skypes VOIP service is the perfect solution for face to faces on the go.  It allows us to see each other and put names to faces as well as facilitating a platform where we can use gestures and visual references, a key part of my consulting repertoire.

Typically we look at your web presence and look to see where we can add value.  For example the homepage may not be representing the business in the best possible light.  We will then make a mock up of the proposed changes so you can see the exact approach and some results of our tweeks and re- designs.

Attention :

We are all competing for your attention.  The current "thinking" is that attention spans are shrinking.  Our attention spans are now below 8 seconds, less than that of the goldfish (apparently).  The point is that we have less time to grab and hold the attention of our audience. 

Personalised:  People want to know the brands they are doing business with.  This means that visual stories need to be personalised and bespoke.  no more of this "stock" image sites which are now so obvious and unattractive.  Sites ghat use "stock" just scream...."CHEESY" and "OUT OF TOUCH". 

Authenticity:

The more authentic a story is the more people are drawn to it.  Its as simple as that.

People like "real"

A compelling image will get you the initial attention and if you want to hold that attention you need a story that will resonate enough to keep them there.  If people can relate with the story or characters they are more likely to buy into it.

 

If they "buy" into the story.  They are more likely to "buy" what you are selling provided it is accordance with spirit and values of the story.
