The Super “I” Way

More and more of use are discovering that in
order to move forward you must first go inwards. Go within or go without… I’ve heard this quote many times referiing tothe idea that if you don’t first look inside yourself, your mind and imagine… Create your world from the inside out rather than having it created from the outside by reponsise and reactions to external stimuli then you re going to be led wherever the outside powers have decided is the best position for you to benefit the system at that time.
OPut here you are part of a hierarchy. a pyramid type design where you will have a place somewhere up the ladder. The higher up you go the more important you are and the more people there are beneath you and the closer you are to the capstone of the pyramid where yet less people arebuthave everyone beneath… Implying that eventually there is one at the very top of the pile, represented by the capstone at the peak… or zeneath.
This is the way our system has been set out and replicated as the framework for organisations…
Today,as wespeak their isaparadigm shift in effect where the old hierachies of the past have been levelled and flattened, people prefering more flat structures. This trend was firsst noticed in business where the so called playing field was gradually beig levelled as technology and innovations were giving the avaerage personmore and mroe access to the tools needed to drive various industries… Economies of scale no longer being as much of factor in certain key industries…
The new reality is one hwere people are disatisfied with the current and previous paradigm’s and are now realising that we have pretty much reached the end of the road as far as mindless technological advancement and consumer culture that has no real purpose or direction…
The soul is crying out for something more and the path we haven’t tread much in any real way is the one where we go innward and seak answers, by asking the questions and stilling ourselves and listening for the answers… Undiluted without adulteration by ideas of otherss. direct connection to the sourse is a concept that is very real and profound, has been ignored or simply benched inn favour of the
